Now, I know that many of you don’t have MTV 2 or live outside of the US so I was hoping to have someone do a live stream of Mac Miller & The Most Dope Family when it aires at 11:30 pm est. This Tuesday at 11:30 est time, Mac Miller & The Most Dope Family will debut on MTV 2. The show is set to showcase Mac and his friends having fun with minimal drama making it unlike most reality TV shows. Our buddy Scott got to catch a couple of episode before everyone else, he wrote about them here.

It’s a Mac Miller weekend on the MTV networks as we anticipate the debut of “Mac Miller & The Most Dope Family” this Tuesday. Tonight (2-23) Mac will give fans a behind-the-scenes look at his mansion during a special airing of “Jackass: The Movie” at 10 p.m. on MTV. Then on Sunday morning on MTV 2, Mac will be featured on featured in “The Dub Magazine Project” at 10 a.m., “The Week in Jams” at 11 a.m., “When I Was Seventeen” at 1 p.m. and “MTV2′s Guy Code” at 3 p.m. Below is a sneak peek of Mac’s episode of “When I Was Seventeen.”
Last night marked the 2nd episode for season 3 of Rob Dyrdek’s hit MTV show, “Ridiculousness.” Every new episode features a celebrity on the panel, this time Mac Miller got his chance to appear on the show. While being played some hilarious viral videos, Mac sits back and cracks some jokes and has a good time. This episode is a must watch!
Mac Miller recently sat down with Nessa for MTV 2′s “Week In Jams.” He was asked to name 5 things that he would blow his money on. Mac responded with some hilarious answers including wanting senior citizen twert videos.
With every day we get closer to the release of Mac Miller’s sophomore album, “Watching Movies With The Sound Off.” While Mac hasn’t revealed a release date or a single off the album he has performed 2 different tracks. A few months ago, he premiered “Goosebumps” and just yesterday he performed “Matches” in Sydney, Austrilla at The Enmore theatre. While it is not known if “Matches” will be the first single, Mac did confirm to me that “Hologram” will not be the lead single.
Our buddy, Scott Mervis over at the Post Gazette has uncovered an interesting piece of news this morning. In his article, Scott states that one of the upcoming episodes of “Mac Miller & The Most Dope Family” features Mac visiting the Squirrel Hill Theater in Pittsburg as a potential buyer this past November. So over the past few weeks we’ve all seen hundreds of “Harlem Shake” videos as the craze has taken over the internet. Mac Miller has been a critic over the dance since its origins mostly due to the fact that it doesn’t pay homage or relate at all to the original Harlem Shake dance. This morning Mac uploaded a video to his youtube account where he sits at his computer, smokes a cigarette and plays the track with a look on his face that screams “WTF!?”. Hopefully this makes everyone think twice before constructing yet another Harlem Shake video.
Pittsburgh political rapper, Jasiri X dropped his new album “Rappers On X” earlier this week. For “L.O.T.N.S.” Jasiri brings along a string of Pittsburghers in Mac Miller, Ghosty and Living Proofe. This track was recorded a few years ago, but is just now seeing the light of day!
Mac Miller was supposed to drop this on Valentine’s Day but couldn’t due to the fact that he was on a plane for most of the day. “Turkey Love” features 21 minutes of life changing lyricism produced by Larry Fisherman.
