Earlier today Boaz stepped to the plate with the “Bases Loaded” and hit a grand slam with the release of his new music video, Dreamin’, featuring Taylor Gang’s Courtney Noelle. The video, directed by Rex Arrow Films, is the latest release from his upcoming project “Bases Loaded” which is due out on September 25th.
Since signing to Rostrum Records, Boaz has traveled across the U.S. performing on the “Under The Influence Of Music” tour and the “Smokers Club” tour. Recently MuziksMyLife’s Damon Campbell spoke with Boaz about several topics including his ipod playlist, favorite Pittsburgh Pizza and much much more.
Rostrum Records is bringing Pittsburgh hip-hop to the world once more as they have signed underground Pittsburgh MC, Boaz. Boaz joins the labels current roster which consists of Wiz Khalifa, Mac Miller, Vali Porter, Donora, & TeamMate. In addition to the signing Boaz will join Mac & Wiz on their “Under The Influence Of Music” tour and serve as one of the openers along with Chevy Woods, Chiddy Bang, Schoolboy Q, and Kendrick Lamar. To celebrate the signing Boaz has released his music video for “Terminator” directed by Dan Meyers. This track will appear on his debut Rostrum Records release, ‘Bases Loaded’, which is coming soon!
Here is what Boaz had to say about the signing
“It wasn’t a decision that was very hard for me given their track record of developing talented learned musicians into great artists. I’ve known the folks over there [at Rostrum] for some time and I think it is a good fit for both parties!”
Rostrum Records President Benjy Grinberg added the following:
“I’m very excited that Boaz is joining the Rostrum family. I have been a big fan of Bo and his music for many years, and I’m looking forward to working with him in a more substantial way.”
