Earlier this week, ScHoolboy Q had a pop up ‘Oxymoron’, album release concert in LA. During his set, Q was joined by several stars including, Mac Miller. While the two didn’t do any of their collaborations, Mac joins him on stage during, “Yay Yay” and danced around the stage.
REMember Music signee, Choo Jackson is at work on his new album, ‘Slightly Dark.‘ While that still doesn’t have a release date or time frame for a drop, we get a new video to promote the project. “Windows” is directed by Elephant x Elephant and features Choo riding his bike while spitting his lazy, laid-back flow.
MTV talked with Mac Miller about his recent trip to Australia. During the chat Mac detailed his encounter with 17 year old, international super star, Lorde. While Mac thinks that she is an incredible talent, Mac says that a collaboration isn’t happening anytime soon, because he doesn’t feel he’s on her level.
Mac does, however, reveal that he is back to working with Diplo! The two previously collaborated on the standout ‘Watching Movies With The Sound Off’ track, “Goosebumpz”.
REMember Music’s Dylan Reynolds just dropped off a crazy new lyric video for his track “Young and Set.” The video finds Dylan drumming and singing behind various backdrops and settings. Interesting enough, the video was directed by Mac Miller’s brother, Miller McCormick. The creativity never runs dry in this family.
On Saturday, Mac Miller dropped his music video for “Avian”, a track which originally appeared on his sophomore set, ‘Watching Movies With The Sound Off.‘ If you’re into something crazy, unique and spiritual, then this is the video for you!
Up next, Mac will drop a music video for “Diablo.” When we will get that, we don’t yet know.
A few weeks on youtube, user “Art School Cool” uploaded this interesting video. This video is an animated music video to go along with Mac Miller’s hit track, “Bird Call” from his sophomore offering, ‘Watching Movies With The Sound Off.’
Action Bronson took his ‘Blue Chips 2′ tour to LA last night at the Echoplex. During his show, Action brought out a slew of superstars for duets, including Wiz Khalifa, Ab-Soul, and……Mac Miller. Watch the crowd go nuts to “Red Dot Music” below.

Tonight, Choo gives fans a sneak at the release of the upcoming single, ‘Windows’ with an 18 second video trailer. Have you ever gone on youtube, watched a Mac Miller video and read some of the comments? If you have, you know that Mac Miller is one of the most hated on artists on Youtube, for no reason at all. Every few comments you’ll see something dumb like “we want the old Mac back” or “white people can’t rap” with the best being the ones calling out Mac for being jewish.
In a recent team up with Noisey, Mac sat down to read some of the comments on the music video for “I Am What I Am (Killin’ Time)”. In the video Mac has funny, but clever, rebuttal for everything thrown his way.
It’s not like Mac Miller spent 2013 doing nothing: The Most Dope rapper dropped two LPs, one mixtape under his Delusional Thomas alias and headlined a tour. Anyone who thought the Pittsburgh MC might take some time off has another thing coming.
“I have four albums done right now — not done, but four albums that have a foundation and have at least seven songs on each of them,” Mac told MTV News when we visited his home studio in Studio City, California.
Miller isn’t sure how any of these four albums will be released — after all, he has released projects under a number of aliases, such as Delusional Thomas and Larry Lovestein & the Velvet Revival.

Mac Miller traveled to NYC to ring in the New Year. During her performance of “The Way”, Ariana Grande brought out Mac Miller to perform the duet. This performance was done on live tv as part of the national telecast of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.
