Mac Miller Keeping It In Pittsburgh:
With Mac Miller’s debut album titled Blue Slide Park, it is almost certain we will see several Mac Miller hometown locations around where he grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. Introducing his Blue Slide Park album, Mac Miller released his song titled Frick Park Market and the video is appropriately titled. Frick Park Market is a small deli in Pittsburgh where many locals pick up groceries or stop and grab a bite to eat. The video was filmed in the exact store by Pittsburgh’s own Rex Aarow Films. The production on the song is done also by the hometown crew from Pittsburgh’s Id Labs.

Introducing Cam Rellim:
“Welcome to the Cam Rellim Chronicles, lookin out my monocle” Cam Rellim is a character that Mac Miller hyped up on twitter prior to the songs release and made his debut in the Frick Park Market video. It is expected that we will see a lot more of him on the “Blue Slide Park” album. We learned from the video that Cam Rellim looks through a monocle, he likes Mac Miller’s sandwiches from the Market, and can possibly sing and dance. Will we see more of Cam Rellim in the future?
The Music Video:
This is possibly one of our favorite videos that we have seen Rex Aarow direct. He does a great job of capturing Mac Millers goofy and charismatic side while still capturing his growth as an Artist not to mention the black light scene adds a whole new dimension to an already exciting video. With that being said, Frick Park Market is a great way to introduce a highly anticipated debut album and we can’t wait to hear more from the project!
